Return / Defective Policy:
If you received defective merchandise, please contact us via email bokeycustoms@gmail.com within 48 hours so we can correct the issue. If a return/exchange is warranted, the item will need to be returned in the condition you received it and return shipping is the customers responsibility. With that said, we recommend using tracking via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FEDEX. We ARE NOT responsible for any lost or damaged items within transit.
